The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use related to the booking and enjoyment of vacation rentals. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
3. User Accounts and Suite Assistant
To access certain features of the Service, such as the Suite Assistant for managing reservations and viewing stay details, you may be required to log in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. The Suite Assistant is designed to enhance your stay by providing information about the Suite's features, appliances, and local recommendations.
4. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations made through the Service or associated platforms are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to error in pricing, unavailability, or suspicion of fraud. Specific payment terms, security deposits, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fluvius Suite and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Republic of Serbia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fluvius Suite.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
